A use case that translates production system requirements, properties and characteristics to a cake baking example which does not violate any intellectual property rights and can be published in scientific communities. Aim of a cake baking use case is to select parts of the assembly that can be mapped to a production systems engineering challenge, for example applying gloss to a cake can be mapped to applying the paint to a car, which is a known use case to the scientific community of production systems engineering.
